Paying it Forward
17/4/2025 7:00pm-9:00pm.
On this week’s show we will be talking to our special guest Ben Sofield about his work involved with Rhubarb Farm - www.rhubarbfarm.co.uk.
Ben’s inspirational work reaches those in need of guidance, support and opportunities to succeed and provides education, workshops and placements, mental health support and so much more.
Tonight we will be learning about Ben‘s journey and the initiatives, planning and people behind this amazing organisation.
Fletch and I will also be playing special requests and of course, we will be advocating for other local charities- who do so much for the local and wider communities.
Lastly, we will be signposting to local support groups, charities and organisations, whose sole purpose is to help and be there when someone needs support, advice or a trusting ear.

So, join me Natalie Lynam and Richard Fletcher on Paying it Forward, kindly sponsored by Victoria Carpets of Worksop.

Paying it Forward
3/3/2025 9:00pm-11:00pm.
This week’s show is all about our very special guest Steve Reynolds and his amazing career so far to the present day - touring with his show ‘The Beat of a Generation & the Sound of a Nation’ - recreating the classic music & sounds of Detroit during the 1960s & 70s - paying it forward in his own unique way.
Steve will be sharing his story and favourite tracks.
We will be playing special requests dedicated by Steve and reflecting with him on his amazing journey.
We will of course,be advocating for the local charities- who do so much for the local and wider community and signposting to local support groups, charities and organisations, whose sole purpose is to help there when someone needs support, advice or a trusting ear.
So, join me Natalie Lynam, Richard Fletcher and Steve Reynolds on Paying it Forward, kindly sponsored by Victoria Carpets of Worksop.
