I sometimes ask myself this same question 😅 - the answer is simple but the landscape we tread is not.

This has been an incredible project to be part of, from start to finish. Documenting each major phase of the project has meant our client can showcase their processes and skills in great detail. - Next Step Films has employed a number of approaches and filming techniques to achieve this and we can’t wait to share the end results!

Trying to keep cool in the sun was a hard task in the middle of a solar farm! 😎- but we managed to find the odd bit of shade. 🌳

Over the past several years Next Step Films has concentrated its services into five specific niche sectors. One of those being Construction & Engineering. Being born into a Construction & Engineering family, it's somewhat in the genes, and in another life I may have ended up being a Draughtsman.

Next Step Films has been working with a renewable energy solutions company for the past 10 months, to showcase the development of latest solar farm project in the North West of England.

Our client has over 30 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, as an established EPC contractor, they are committed to providing comprehensive renewable energy solutions for commercial and agricultural projects.

They reached out to us to document a solar farm project from start to finish, this has meant that our client can showcase each individual process, the quality and workmanship of what they do, their values and how renewable energy means a greener, brighter future for all.

Using a combination of different filming mediums such as arial drone, ground level filming and discrete modular cameras, this allows us to capture every subtlety of the project, giving us the ability to create a multitude of video based assets for marketing and outreach purposes.

Film is the perfect device to capture and showcase complex and often detailed projects, so investors, key stakeholders and clients are able to see the bigger picture.
