A little fact for you.

This time last year I signed a NDA with and agreed to collaborate with them on one of their most exciting products to date, the Manfrotto ONE tripod.
 
Before was even fully built, it became the test lab for a top-secret prototype known only as “NEO.”

One of the Manfrotto team flew over from Italy with one of the only prototypes in existence on a covert mission to get my input on the new tripod system.

We spent two days getting to know the tripod and discussing its features on zoom calls with the team in Italy.

Then came the big ask: present the new tripod to a board of investors in London on behalf of Videndum and help secure the green light for production....no pressure!

I was honoured to have been asked to take on such a task and being a global ambassador for Manfrotto for many years I felt confident on representing them.

The presentation went well and I got a call before leaving London to say that the board were very impressed with the product and they had all agreed to invest.

As someone who’s hands-on with kit every day, it’s been genuinely rewarding to help shape a tool I’d actually use in my workflow.

HAPPY NEW YEAR Facebook world 🎉🥂

2024 was a busy one building York Road Studio amongst our Foundlight projects.

Within the few months of opening our doors we have shot a promo for Manfrotto , hosted a film festival and hired out the space to other creators to shoot music videos, miniature’s on blue screen for a feature and filmed creative interviews.

We are MEGA excited to start using the space moving forward into 2025 and to see how other creators utilise this versatile studio.

On this date last year we set out to film the final night for our launch promo for .europe called ‘HOME’.

The amaran pixel tubes brought colour to the extremely cold night.

On this date last year we set out to film a launch promo for .europe called ‘HOME’.

This was filmed over two C🥶LD nights.
The locations on the first night’s shoot were all within walking distance so we loaded up our cart with everything we needed and just rolled between locations.

Snow meets the sea.

Had to get the drone up again this morning, it’s such a rare occurrence to have snow settle on the south coast of the UK.

This time it was a top down angle capturing the sea as it washed in against the snow creating these abstract patterns and textures.
