Hello everyone these are some of the photos of the walk from Aberaeron to Newquay on the Wales Coast Path in July 2025 a nice 6.5 miles walk with a few hills

Starting out at Aberaeron the path was diverted inland before finding it's way back to the coast!

The path took in the Gilfach Yr Halen Holiday Village before reaching the waterfall at Afon Drywi this would be wonderful in wet weather!

After a few more miles the walk goes past Cei Bach Country Club before passing the Afon Llethi before finally making Newquay Bay check the tide times when walking this section you would not want to miss the walk along the golden sands heading into Newquay!

Going up the metal stairway and following the path I went down a few lanes before reaching the sculpture at Newquay Sea Front this marks the halfway point of the Wales Coast Path from Chester to Chepstow!

Allow 4-5 hours to complete the walk

Hello everyone this is the walk from Aberaeron to Newquay on the Wales Coast Path in July 2025!

With Redevelopment work on the Sea Front in Aberaeron I had to divert inland before getting back on the Wales Coast Path again passing the Gilfach Holiday Village along the way!

50 minutes after the Holiday Village I passed a wonderful Waterfall called the Afon Drywi then onwards towards Newquay passing Cei Bach Country Club before hitting the golden sands of Newquay Bay!

When reaching Newquay I reached the sculpture at Newquay The sculpture officially marks the halfway point of the Wales Coast Path!

At 6.5 miles this was an easy walk with a few hills I took my time with this walk allow yourself 4-5 hours on this walk

Hello everyone these are some wonderful photos of the walk from Llanrhystud to Aberaeron on the Wales Coast Path from July 2025!

An overcast start to the walk the walk goes past Morfa Farm Bunkhouse and Morfa Farm Caravan Park before reaching Llanrhystud Beach carrying on the path reaches 4 old limekilns these where used to burn limestone to improve the soil quality!

I carry on towards Llansantffraed passing St Bride's Church along the way here you have 2 routes! At high tide or wet weather best to follow the blue route in towards Llanon but as the tide was out I went on Llanon Beach the red route!

A nice stretch of walking along the low cliffs towards Aberarth where I had a nice break then the sun came out reaching Aberarth I crossed the Afon Arth before another break outside Aberarth Village Hall!

The next section of walk towards Aberaeron was alongside pebble beach before finally reaching Aberaeron! The colourful buildings of Aberaeron can brighten up the wettest of days also there was a big redevelopment work on the sea defence and the harbour!

A nice chilled walk just over 7 miles allow 4-5 hours to complete just the 1 hill between Llanon & Aberarth

Hello everyone this is a little video of the walk from Llanrhystud to Aberaeron on the Wales Coast Path in July 2025 this was a nice walk 7 miles with 1 hill between Llanon and Aberath!

Starting out at Pengarreg Caravan Park I was soon at the stoney Llanrhystud Beach before reaching the limekilns after that I reached Llansantffraed before reaching Llanon Beach as the weather was fine I walked the beach!

After a quick break I made my way towards Aberath it was halfway towards Aberath before the sun finally came out. I found the path a little fenced off! I crossed the Afon Arth at Aberath before another quick break outside the Village Hall!

Into Aberaeron there was a lot of redevelopment works on the Sea Defence and the Harbour allow 4-5 hours to complete the walk

Hello everyone these are photos of the walk from Aberystwyth to Llanrhystud on the Wales Coast Path in July 2025 the start was nice and flat getting out of Aberystwyth the pier and the harbour before going along Penparcau beach until Allt Wen Hill that hill was very steep but the views at the top looking back towards Aberystwyth was fantastic and looking ahead further along the Ceredigion Coast!

After Morfa Bychan Holiday Park I had a little 5 minute break taking in the views of the holiday Park on towards the 2nd part of the walk this had more clifftop walking including the Penderi Cliffs! When I could see Pengarreg Caravan Park in the distance I knew i was near the end of the walk at Llanrhystud! This was a 10 mile walk it took just over 7 hours at my leisurely pace very tough with hills and cliff top walking
