Hello everyone these are some of the photos of the walk from Aberaeron to Newquay on the Wales Coast Path in July 2025 a nice 6.5 miles walk with a few hills

Starting out at Aberaeron the path was diverted inland before finding it's way back to the coast!

The path took in the Gilfach Yr Halen Holiday Village before reaching the waterfall at Afon Drywi this would be wonderful in wet weather!

After a few more miles the walk goes past Cei Bach Country Club before passing the Afon Llethi before finally making Newquay Bay check the tide times when walking this section you would not want to miss the walk along the golden sands heading into Newquay!

Going up the metal stairway and following the path I went down a few lanes before reaching the sculpture at Newquay Sea Front this marks the halfway point of the Wales Coast Path from Chester to Chepstow!

Allow 4-5 hours to complete the walk

Hello everyone this is the walk from Aberaeron to Newquay on the Wales Coast Path in July 2025!

With Redevelopment work on the Sea Front in Aberaeron I had to divert inland before getting back on the Wales Coast Path again passing the Gilfach Holiday Village along the way!

50 minutes after the Holiday Village I passed a wonderful Waterfall called the Afon Drywi then onwards towards Newquay passing Cei Bach Country Club before hitting the golden sands of Newquay Bay!

When reaching Newquay I reached the sculpture at Newquay The sculpture officially marks the halfway point of the Wales Coast Path!

At 6.5 miles this was an easy walk with a few hills I took my time with this walk allow yourself 4-5 hours on this walk

Hello everyone these are some wonderful photos of the walk from Llanrhystud to Aberaeron on the Wales Coast Path from July 2025!

An overcast start to the walk the walk goes past Morfa Farm Bunkhouse and Morfa Farm Caravan Park before reaching Llanrhystud Beach carrying on the path reaches 4 old limekilns these where used to burn limestone to improve the soil quality!

I carry on towards Llansantffraed passing St Bride's Church along the way here you have 2 routes! At high tide or wet weather best to follow the blue route in towards Llanon but as the tide was out I went on Llanon Beach the red route!

A nice stretch of walking along the low cliffs towards Aberarth where I had a nice break then the sun came out reaching Aberarth I crossed the Afon Arth before another break outside Aberarth Village Hall!

The next section of walk towards Aberaeron was alongside pebble beach before finally reaching Aberaeron! The colourful buildings of Aberaeron can brighten up the wettest of days also there was a big redevelopment work on the sea defence and the harbour!

A nice chilled walk just over 7 miles allow 4-5 hours to complete just the 1 hill between Llanon & Aberarth

Hello everyone these are photos of the walk from Aberystwyth to Llanrhystud on the Wales Coast Path in July 2025 the start was nice and flat getting out of Aberystwyth the pier and the harbour before going along Penparcau beach until Allt Wen Hill that hill was very steep but the views at the top looking back towards Aberystwyth was fantastic and looking ahead further along the Ceredigion Coast!

After Morfa Bychan Holiday Park I had a little 5 minute break taking in the views of the holiday Park on towards the 2nd part of the walk this had more clifftop walking including the Penderi Cliffs! When I could see Pengarreg Caravan Park in the distance I knew i was near the end of the walk at Llanrhystud! This was a 10 mile walk it took just over 7 hours at my leisurely pace very tough with hills and cliff top walking

Hello everyone theses are photos of the walk from Borth to Aberystwyth on the Wales Coast Path in June 2025 a brilliant walk that I enjoyed!

When reaching the top of Borth War Memorial you get some brilliant views looking out towards Tywyn & Aberdyfi and when looking forward you will see what is to become hill's and the steepness of them!

Hill 1 was not to bad but between hill 1 & hill 2 the path is very narrow in a section but you can only see from looking back how narrow it is!

Hill 2 is very steep it reminded me of Hell's Mouth in Anglesey when walking from Amlwch to Cemaes Bay, the path then takes you on towards Hill 3 from here you can see the beauty of the Ceredigion Coast as this hill drops down towards Wallog!

After reaching Aber Bay holiday park at Clarach Bay I decided to have a rest and get some food knowing the most difficult part of the walk was over but I still needed 1 more hill to go up towards Aberystwyth!

Hill 4 towards Aberystwyth wasn't to bad up towards Constitution Hill it was a gradual climb felt so chuffed seeing Aberystwyth then the zig-zag drop into Aberystwyth!

At the promenade remember to Kick the Bar it brings good luck! This was a memorable walk but very tough to do better off doing this on a calm day allow 4-5 hours to do this walk

Hello everyone this is a little video of the walk from Borth to Aberystwyth on the Wales Coast Path in June 2025! Getting out of Borth you will walk pass the war memorial with good views looking back towards Borth!

It is after this point the walk towards Aberystwyth becomes a clifftop rollercoaster 4 hill's in all first 3 are the steepest with brilliant views along the Ceredigion Coastline! A section of the path is really narrow between Borth & Wallog

After a quick break at Clarach Bay I walked up Constitution Hill before overlooking Aberystwyth when arriving at Aberystwyth Kick the bar on the promenade for good luck!

A really good walk 6-7 miles this walk is really tough allow 4-5 hours to complete with lot's of steep hills

Hello everyone these are photos of the walk from Furnace to Borth on the Wales Coast Path in June 2025! The first section of the walk was mostly in the woods heading towards Tre'r Ddol don't miss the gate at the start of the walk as it can easily be missed! After walking through the charming village of Tre'r Ddol head on the A487 towards Tre Taliesin not much road walking about a mile!

At Tre Taliesin go down Chapel Street and join the road for 100 meters out of the village before turning left to walk on the Pwll Du this section is known as Cors Fochno! Often known as Borth Bog it is the largest raised peat bogs in the UK! This section of the walk can get flooded! After walking past a lovely horse and a field full of cows I crossed the bridge to the other side of the Pwll Du towards Afon Leri! From here I passed St Matthew's Church towards Borth it was good to see the coast again! A nice walk allow 4-5 hours to complete
