ANNIversary!!

A year ago Anni joined us as our new in-house video editor and what a year it's been.

Anni moved to the UK a few years ago, after a career as a TV editor over in her home country of Finland, where she edited shows like Survivors, Temptation Island, Dancing With The Stars and The Voice.

Safe to say she's brought a new level of creativity and sparkle to the marketing videos and brand films we create for our clients!

To mark the occasion, this afternoon we're taking the Knew Crew out for after-work drinks, food and good vibes. Kippis!!

Last week the Knew Crew filmed Cultivate, the UK's flagship rural leadership conference, at the stunning Heaton House Farm. Throughout the day we edited a highlights video on-site, ready to show to the delegates at the end of the conference.

Congratulations to the Hillsgreen team for another fantastic event.

🎬👷Out on site yesterday filming the construction of a new school in Chester for Wynne Construction's Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing induction video.

Knew Productions regularly make induction and training videos - particularly in manufacturing and construction, where showing the realities of a working site and delivering clear health and safety messaging are essential.

We also got the drone up for some aerial shots, despite the weather! 🌦️💨🚁

Last week we were up in Scotland on the Isle of Arran filming for one of our agriculture sector clients Herdwatch.

This has to be up there as one of the most remote shoots we’ve ever done.

Our videographer Joby, juggling cameras, drones and a 360 camera, took the ferry across the Firth of Clyde to shoot a case study video for the Herdwatch Farm Smart App. The footage has now made its way back safely to the Knew Productions studio ready for editing.

Our director Richard Knew has been a Chester Business Club member for over a decade, so we were delighted to contribute this short member engagement video piece for them.

2025 was another good one.
Putting this recap montage together reminded us just how much we packed into the year, with plenty of fun along the way:

Last week Knew Productions were filming at Wrexham University's green screen studio for Aspire Ultrasound Consultancy Services, specialists in veterinary ultrasound. 🎥🐾

The shoot focused on a lifelike training tool that helps students and vets practise ultrasound scanning. The 'Lillie Phantom' is modelled on a real dog called Lillie who joined us on set and instantly became the star of the day. ⭐

A really interesting project to work on. Looking forward to sharing the finished film soon.

On Saturday Knew Productions were at the O2 Victoria Warehouse Manchester capturing the new Polar Express immersive experience show ‘Believe’.
