CONSISTENCY & PATIENCE PAYS OFF!

Most of you know that I've been part of Paul Mort's alliance programme for a while now

and within that programme there are some fellas that I have admired from a proper newbie in the coaching game

One of those I've people I've looked up to within the programme is a fella called Luke John Harrison

I was absolutely humbled and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to present to him and his clients a masterclass on my story to where I am now

See,

I know Luke has high standards and he REALLY wouldn't of invited me to speak to his clients unless he really though I had something interesting and insightful to offer

A bit of a pinch me moment really

BUT

When I break it down

I've been turning up for myself for a while now

I've been putting the work in

Physically and of course mentally

I've recorded 143 episodes of the podcast

and in many areas of my life I'm turning up and providing value to myself and others

but it all started with a little change towards myself

I decided way back in 2018 that enough was enough

I wanted to change for the better

and i did.

My story not only proves you never know who's watching

but if you give yourself time

and you stay true to your mission

the results WILL show in the end.

If you’re setting your goals on the merit that you ‘think’ you should OR because other people want you to, you’re probably going to fail.

Why?

Because they aren’t YOUR wants are they?

You wouldn’t let someone choose what you’re going to eat and drink for the rest of the year

You choose yourself

This should be the same with the things you’re choosing as goals as well!

The best goal setting, the best results and the best motivation comes from within YOU 🔥💯

7 things that didn’t go to plan 2023:

I think it’s important as someone who posts a lot of online content around my achievements, positivity and someone who tries to help others as much as I can that actually things don’t quite go to plan in life and that life always throws a few curve balls in the mix when you least want are expect them

So here are 7 things that I didn’t achieve and didn’t go to plan as much as I wanted

1. My business didn’t grow as much as envisioned it to of this year 💰
2. A life challenge shook me in my tracks at the end of the year 🫨 😞
3. I didn’t plan well enough to make the quarterly meet up with Paul Mort in Marbella and regretted every second of not being there 🇪🇸
4. I invested some money in areas that have offered me no returns to my investment 💸
5. I’ve found myself being overly critical of myself and my closest people at times and this is a habit that I am striving and actioning to now improve 📈
6. I’ve completely fu**ed the tendons in my foot meaning running and football is very much off the menu at the moment 🤕
7. I aimed to complete a 100 day challenge to show my clients and followers how to live life in a healthy way and be the example and I didn’t complete it, I could blame the factor of the ultra marathon but I said I would do something that I didn’t do. 🚫

Some of these lessons, challenges and life experiences sting a little bit for sure but you can’t have the positives without the negatives and I can’t the upsides of the year without the downsides!

It’s no secret and in full honesty that every client that signs up with me is joining me on my own journey, I’m not the finished article, will never claim to be and will forever try and keep improving alongside you 🫶🏻

I’m certainly not ready to just stay the same
