If you’re a business owner, freelancer, self-employed professional or part of a local company in or around Yeovil, this might be for you.

I’m exploring interest in Yeovil Business Club - a new local networking group focused on relaxed, useful events where businesses can meet, build connections and support one another.

The idea is to potentially meet at a different local venue each time, helping to showcase businesses throughout Yeovil and the surrounding area.

Nothing has been finalised yet. At this stage, I’d simply like to find out how much interest there is and what local businesses would want from the group.

If you know me, you’ll know I love movies 🎬🍿

I’ve already been to the cinema 10 times this year, with three more films already booked! Here are my top five so far in no particular order:

1. Project Hail Mary
A brilliant mix of science, bromance and amazing visuals. I loved the 2 main characters.

2. 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple
Dark and intense, with an ending that ties back to the first film.

3. Michael
An awesome look at an iconic artist, played by a new actor who gives a perfect performance. And obviously, packed with great music.

4. The Odyssey
A huge cinematic spectacle with incredible visuals and a story that felt made for the big screen.

5. Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Fun, energetic and everything I want from a Spider-Man film. A great cinema experience, which I had to go see twice!
