Are vintage wedding dresses making a comeback? 🤍

There’s just something about a vintage wedding dress that feels so much more special. The details, the history, the fact that it’s probably already lived a whole life before it gets to walk down the aisle again 🥹

The proposal lasted a few minutes, but the planning took months. 🤍

Secret video calls, timelines, backup plans, making sure I never messaged Sam at the wrong time in case Amy saw 😬

Then on the day, I was checking angles and, yes, chucking chairs off the bandstand and into the bushes because they'd have ruined the shot and left Sam nowhere to get down on one knee! 😂

This is one of the reasons I joined the wedding industry and became a wedding and events content creator. I understand the responsibility that comes with knowing you only get one chance to capture a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

Every little detail was thought through, right down to finding a piano version of Dandelions by Ruth B because that was the first song that came to Sam's mind when I asked what "their song" was. 🤍

Watching Sam & Amy relive this over and over has been so special, and I'm so grateful they trusted me with such an important chapter of their story.
