The next author joining us at Lincoln is Linduur Lashes!

Linduur Lashes is a spoken word performance poet who lives in Lincolnshire, and became involved with open mic events approximately two years ago.

Hosting Rabbiting On in Brigg after taking the helm last year, encouraged her to write more, resulting in her book "A Hot Mess in a Posh Dress", published in June.

This collection of poems reveals Linduur as exactly who she is - honest, raw, witty, emotional, someone who observes life's absurdities, sometimes tinged with sadness.

Her energy is infectious! Linduur enjoys eating cake and drinking tea.

Jupiter Cloud Books is proud to be supporting Humber Taiko at the Lincoln festival! This origination is very important to our founder and organiser, so we hope that you will support them at the festival.

Humber Taiko is a project focused on the development & promotion of Japanese style 'Taiko' ensemble drumming across the Humber region and beyond. Led by a combination of community players, school leaders, parents & professional Taiko artists, Humber Taiko brings a range of Taiko projects to schools & communities as well as delivering events & the regular Humber Taiko Festival.

Nicole Pott, writing as Charlotte Bedgood, is a Northern fantasy and romance author who loves whisking readers away to extraordinary realms that begin within our own. She is best known for crafting stories featuring yearning male protagonists, immersive, cinematic worlds, and plot-driven adventures filled with unexpected twists.

Outside of fiction, Nicole is a BAFTA long-listed writer and director. When she's not creating new worlds, you'll usually find her in a cosy cafe, spending time with her dog, or playing video games.

Here is the owner's description:

I've always enjoyed creating but it started as terrible crocheting and painting when I was younger. I still cannot grasp crochet!

Slowly I discovered my enjoyment for sewing and from there my hobbies grew and I now sew, knit, 3D print etc.

When I discovered I had HS a few years ago, my hobby became my safe haven and distracted me. Slowly, Friends and Family wanted more and more things and now here I am... Hoping that others also enjoy my products.

I enjoy books and everything fantasy so I began creating things you couldn't find everywhere and that are unusual.

Please do not hesitate to ask any questions and if there is something you are interested in me making I will always try! I’ve made personalised things and even a Fursuit mask! They can be seen on my page.

Our next attending author is Mollie Skyes!

was born and raised in Grimsby. She found her passion for writing at 18 which drew her towards the UCG's BA (Hons) Professional and Creative writing degree, where she was awarded a First with Honours. Since first being published in her school anthology A Twist in the Tale, her works have also featured in the anthologies, A New World and Seasons, which features works from the writing group The Globe Writers. Mollie's writing often include the weird and wacky which fits right in with fantasy fiction, her favourite genre. Mollie’s debut novel is Suck It Sister, a fantasy fiction. When Mollie isn’t writing, she can often be found reading or cuddling up to her cats.

Today we are announcing Shaun Allan.

Shaun Allan is a bestselling, award winning author writing multiple genres, including psychological horror, introspective and emotive poetry, young adult and children’s. He has appeared on Sky TV to debate publishing, and been commissioned to write companion stories for such movies as The Purge: Anarchy, Sinister II, The Boy, A Quiet Place, and IT. He also holds writing workshops at local schools. His novel Sin has been adapted into a Chapters mobile game titled Straitjacket Lover and was optioned for television.

Shaun lives with his manic dog, Ripley (believe it or not). He works full time and, though his life feels as hyper as his dog, it probably isn't.
