PWU AND GIDC RESUME CBA NEGOTIATIONS

The Grenada Public Workers’ Union and the management of the Grenada Investment Development Corporation are back at the bargaining table. Following a five-month suspension of talks due to operational hurdles, both sides met on Monday for a two-hour session. While management maintains it cannot yet fully support the union’s proposed financial adjustments, the PWU is describing the dialogue as highly mature and constructive. A clear roadmap has now been laid out for a full resumption of negotiations next month.

CCCCI ADDRESSES CLIFF ROAD ALLEGATIONS

Consolidated Contractors Caribbean Company Inc is clearing the record as it relates to contract work that was sanctioned by the Ministry of Infrastructure to another firm.
In a recent video being circulated on social media CCCCI have been blamed for work done on sidewalks and driveways at the Cliff Road rehabilitation project as it enters its final stages.
