NGO Cultural Diversity for Peaceful Future Celebrates 8th Festival of Colours “Holi” in Tbilisi with Grand Enthusiasm

Tbilisi, Georgia – May 4, 2025:
The NGO Cultural Diversity for Peaceful Future (NGOCDPF) organized the 8th edition of the vibrant “Festival of Colours – Holi” at the iconic Underwheel Club in Mtatsminda Park, Tbilisi. The event brought together over 2000 people from diverse backgrounds to celebrate the spirit of unity, colour, and culture.

The festival saw enthusiastic performances by Indian students from various Georgian universities, showcasing a beautiful blend of Indian dance and music. A special highlight was the energetic performance by children from the popular Georgian dance studio “Manchos,” which won the hearts of the audience.
Indian culture center in Georgia ინდური კულტურის ცენტრი ლაქშმი also performed on Bollywood songs and Georgian girl Diana Sarkisian also performed on Bollywood song.
The musical atmosphere was electrified by renowned DJs—DJ Dulan, DJ Neutrons, and DJ Arrvind—who kept the crowd grooving to upbeat rhythms. Participants danced joyfully, smeared each other with colours, and embraced the festive spirit in a display of love, harmony, and cultural fusion.

Alte University supported the event as one of the sponsors, strengthening its commitment to multicultural engagement and youth participation.

The NGOCDPF team, through its tireless effort and dedication, ensured the festival's success, creating a space where cultures merged and friendships blossomed. Speaking at the event, NGOCDPF representatives emphasized the significance of such festivals in promoting intercultural understanding, celebrating diversity, and strengthening people-to-people connections between India and Georgia.

The Festival of Colours has grown into one of the most awaited cultural events in Tbilisi, highlighting the universal appeal of Holi as a symbol of joy, peace, and inclusivity.

Candle March in Tbilisi Honors Pahalgam Terror Attack Victims

In a solemn tribute to the victims of the Pahalgam terrorist attack, the NGO Cultural Diversity for Peaceful Future (NGOCDPF) organized a moving candle march in the heart of Tbilisi this evening. Participant's candles lighting the night in honor of the brave souls who lost their lives.

The march was a powerful symbol of unity against terror and a heartfelt reminder that the spirit of courage and sacrifice endures beyond tragedy. "Tonight, we walked in silence, but our hearts spoke loudly," said a spokesperson for CDPF. "We remember their bravery and reaffirm our commitment to choosing peace over fear."
