Drinking sparkling wine feels like “drinking stars”. That was the opinion of Dom Perignon and since that time, not much has changed in that aspect. Taste and discover the stars in sparkling organic wines from Germany, Austria, Spain and France. And yes, also from Champagne of course. We will go through different tasting styles and vinification methods. In 90 minutes you’ll be up to date with the latest trends in this sparkling masterclass. A sparkling masterclass which leaves you wanting more.

Wine has been made on Corsica for a long time. In the past is was mostly anonymous bulk wine. But enormous strides in terms of quality have been made over the last 20 years. This change was not only accompanied by the return of a whole range of unique, indigenous grapes, but also by a new generation of young and ambitious wine makers that also fully embraced biodynamic working methods. It is now used as a standard everywhere in Corse. For example, the appellation “Corse- Calvi” is now the first appellation that is 100% organic, and this will certainly not be the last.

"Asian cuisine stands out from Georgian with its abundance of fish and seafood, I am an admirer of Asian cuisine. With the influx of modern international dishes into Georgia, there’s an increasing need to tailor them to suit our palate and find perfect pairings with Georgian wines. I have experimented a lot with sushi, rolls, atria or tom yum and I must say that each works very well, paired with Georgian wine.

Regarding cocktails, these masterpieces of mixology are not only enjoyed on their own but also beautifully complement food.
