Last week Warren delivered a Podcast work shop with Nick Mann from The Quarry. They looked at why podcasting is becoming an increasingly more important tool for business communication In a world of click bait headlines, fake news and mis-information, podcasts are a great way of honing in on a subject and really getting under the hood of it.

For business' they are a powerful tool to share their voice, build trust, and connect with audiences on a deeper level. They offer an authentic and conversational way to communicate ideas, tell stories, and showcase expertise.

It's been a busy first 6 months for Victoria Park! We combed through all of the footage we've captured there in the past half a year and put together this 6 month review.

We're looking forward to continuing to capture all of the exciting events this facility will be putting on for the island in the future!

We have been lucky to work with these guys over the past year creating content to be played out at the event including the big opener including a car chase along the west coast! It was a really professional performance and the whole night was great. We put together this short montage to show off some of the bands highlights from their performance.

It was lovely to meet Susie Chan and get out on the cliffs with her. Susie was visiting the island for the Guernsey Literary Festival and managed to find the time to experience the Fermain area with local running legend Graham Merfield. Susie loved the routes she ran on and is already planning her return trip!

Always great when we get to make a video that involves a hobby of ours. Work and a workout all in one! 🏃‍♂️

Last month the Guernsey Hospitality Association hosted their inaugural People awards. We were at The Farmhouse to capture the evening and also supported the event by producing 5 videos that were played at the awards which showcased why the winners were so deserving of recognition.

A week ago today a long anticipated moment arrived, the opening of the islands newest football facility, Victoria Park Stadium . We've been working with the team from construction to opening day to help document the journey and build anticipation for the grand opening.

Months of work for us and years of work for the Victoria Park team all accumulated with Guernsey FC's and Victoria Park's first match last Saturday. The sun was shining and the stands were packed and no one could've asked for a better opening day. (Maybe an extra GFC goal would've made it a touch better).

The journey is just beginning as the facility is now open to the island. From young players just finding their shooting boots to vets players still working up a sweat, the pitch at Victoria Park will be used by many over the coming years.

We're looking forward to getting our cameras down there, and maybe having a kick about ourselves, and capturing more memories in the years to come.

This week we debuted our brand new podcast equipment! We popped over to EY to talk everything EY Guernsey Easter Running Festival. Ove Svejstrup from EY chatted with Nick Mann and our own Warren Mauger about the upcoming festival.

Last night we were at the Performing Arts Centre working with Future Guernsey to deliver their Manifesto Launch live stream which was broadcast to YouTube and their website.

As well as streaming the event we captured footage on the night in order to create this video, all edited and ready to post on socials the next morning!
