Steady progress at Plaza House as our team moves through the 1st fix stage on this 17,000+ sq ft Cat B fit-out for Suntera.

Drywall framing and MEP installations are now well underway, preparing the space for upcoming decoration and the installation of glass partitioning and bespoke finishes.

The construction phase of our 17,000+ sq ft Cat B office fit-out at Plaza House is now underway.

Bringing the Vision to Life at Plaza House! ✨

Ahead of construction beginning at Plaza House, we opened the doors to Suntera teams for a series of interactive staff tours. Large-format 3D visuals were placed throughout the space, helping everyone picture how their future workplace will look and feel.

The energy during the tours was fantastic — teams could clearly see where collaboration zones, quiet spaces, and breakout areas will be located, bringing the design plans to life within the space itself. These sessions not only helped visualise the design, but also sparked great conversations and valuable feedback as we move into the build.

Now the exciting part begins — turning those visuals into reality. Watch this space!
