We’re pleased to confirm Practical Completion of Phase One of the office fit-out at Plaza House for Suntera.

The first floor is now complete and ready for occupation early in the new year, delivering a high-quality, flexible workspace designed to support collaboration, focused work, and staff well-being.

This milestone reflects a strong collective effort across the project team and subcontractors, and we’re proud of the finished result.

With Phase One signed off, preparations are now underway for Phase Two works on the ground floor, which will continue into the new year.

Here's a quick glimpse of a recent office refurbishment for a client, designed to upgrade the quality of their first-floor space and create a brighter, more modern working environment.

Our recent project for Howden in Guernsey brought a fresh, ergonomic approach to their workspace, designed to enhance comfort, flexibility and collaboration.

The scheme features new sit-stand desks and storage solutions from .mdd, paired with Sedus ergonomic task chairs and Zgonic dual monitor arms, all tailored to promote comfort and good posture throughout the day. We’ve also integrated end-of-desk planters to introduce greenery and a softer feel to the open plan.

Meeting room furniture from Nowy Styl brings a clean, professional look to shared spaces, while Chameleon acoustic hanging divider screens help balance acoustics and define work zones.

A simple, well-balanced fit-out that makes a real difference to how the space feels and functions.

Having worked together since 2018, we’ve featured Autex materials across a wide range of commercial projects in both Guernsey and Jersey. Project Completion at La Plaiderie House 🪴

We’ve recently completed the final phase of our dilapidations and refurbishment programme at La Plaiderie House, working closely with both landlord and tenant to return the spaces to a clean, high-quality finish.

The works involved reinstating tenant-installed fixtures and fittings and refreshing the interiors to provide flexible, ready-to-occupy environments suitable for future tenants. The result is a bright, modern workspace that combines practicality with character.

This project reflects our continued focus on collaboration and attention to detail — ensuring the space was delivered in line with the agreed scope and presented to the highest standard.
