🟒 Daily Health Tip: Stay Active!

Staying active doesn’t always mean going to the gym.
Take small steps every day:

βœ”οΈ Walk for at least 20–30 minutes

βœ”οΈ Stretch your body in the morning

βœ”οΈ Take the stairs instead of the elevator

βœ”οΈ Do simple home exercises like squats or jumping jacks

βœ”οΈ Avoid sitting for too long β€” stand and move every hour

Being active boosts your energy, reduces stress, and keeps your heart healthy.

How Often Do You Check on Your Mental Health Compared to Your Phone?

In today’s fast-paced world, our phones have become the first thing we reach for in the morning and the last thing we touch before bed. We constantly refresh, scroll, and check β€” but rarely pause to check on the one thing that truly sustains us: our mental health.
Think about it β€” you charge your phone every day to keep it running. But when was the last time you recharged your mind? When was the last time you disconnected from notifications, worries, and comparisons, just to breathe, reflect, and find peace within yourself?
Your mind needs care just like your body does. Take time to rest. Step outside and feel the breeze. Talk to someone. Journal your thoughts. Pray or meditate. Listen to music that soothes you. Every little act of mindfulness is a way of checking on your mental health.
Because no matter how often you check your phone, it will never tell you how your heart is feeling, how tired your mind is, or how much peace you’ve lost in the noise of daily life.
So today, ask yourself: When was the last time you checked on your mind β€” not your messages? πŸ’πŸ“±
