Did you know that legal cannabis in Ghana comes with strict legal boundaries?

🚨Under Section 4 of L.I. 2475, the Narcotics Control Commission outlines three critical rules every investor and farmer must follow:

1️⃣ Permitted Scope [Sec 4(2)]: Cultivation licenses are strictly granted for industrial purposes (seed and fibre) or medicinal use.
2️⃣ The Potency Cap [Sec 4(3)]: Plants MUST NOT exceed 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. High-THC cannabis remains illegal.
3️⃣ Recreational Prohibition [Sec 4(4)]: A license does NOT permit recreational farming, consumption, or trade.
