In December 2017 when the then lands "Boss" promised to deal with land guard menace through “innovative ways” did it include paying 5 land guard chiefs in Kokrobite 150,000 cedis each??
Did this then call for increased assault on other small land guards and which was extended to land owners who were perceived as threats as these land guard chiefs in collaboration with their pay masters proceeded
