I am a pupil teacher and a trotro driver while my wife is a nurse. We married as virgins. During our courtship, we used to go out more often. We visit important places like the beach, museums, etc together. It was really fun during those days. I drive her to her work place in my trotro before I also go to work every morning. She closes at 4pm but I close at 3pm. In order to catch up to her time before I go pick her up to her house, I normally drop some of my pupils to their houses first and by the time I get to my wife's work place it's almost 4pm then I pick her up. We buy some food stuffs on the way home.
I only do my trotro work during weekends especially Saturdays and vacations. Finally we got married and things were moving on well. We had our first intimacy which I broke her virginity same as she did mine. She got pregnant some few months later.
Fast forward, we got a boy. He is now now 7years. Since our boy came into the family, my wife never funcy outing again. It's like she has totally lost interest. When I suggest outing, she says she is tired so I can go with our boy. But I still do my father, husband duties without fail. I don't give chop money cos she knows where I keep my monies for house keep.
She can use any amount she wants, I don't bother cos the money belongs to us. But here was the whole problem. She stopped giving intimacy for the past 4 years. Whenever I make advance, she says she is menstruating. For all these years I have never cheated on her. Not for once. I can cook, wash, clean, dry etc, all thanks to my stepmother. I wasn't happy in my relationship but for the sake of our son, divorce isn't something I have thought of and will never do so I still kept my cool.
A week now, she doesn't go to work. I asked her why, she said she is on leave. On leave? Without even telling me? I was very surprised. For how long? I asked, she said a month. I responded OK and I let that issue slide.
Just yesterday, a colleague of hers came to drop her child in my school. She saw me and asked how my wife is doing and I said she is doing well. Then she asked me, do I know the reason why my wife was suspended from work for three months? In fact, at this morning, I was completely lost.
Suspended? She is on leave oo, that's what she told me. I was now beginning to lose myself but I tried to exhibit self-control at all cost.
Her colleague said, she was having an affair with one of their bosses. They were caught in his office. So both were suspended without pay.
I couldn't say anything again. I just thanked her and left to class. So for the past four years, my wife has been giving herself to her boss, a married man for that matter and ignored me who is legally married to her? Wow! I was asking myself so many whys.
I love her so much and like I said earlier, I hate divorce. She doesn't know I now know the reason she is home. Please what should I do? Should I let her know I know what happened or should I wait for her to tell me the truth herself?
