Accepting Jesus

The first step to becoming a Christian and getting filled with the Holy Spirit is accepting Jesus. Every human being has sinned, it is impossible for a man to have lived without sin. This sin separates us from God. The sin in our lives also leads us to spiritual death. The punishment for sin is death. God is a fair judge, he does not act partially against specific people or specific sins. He totally hates sin and all sin is wrong. Our sinful lives separate us from God and will lead to death if God’s justice prevails.

The only thing greater than God’s justice is His mercy. Jesus is God’s way of removing our sin, he gave us his only begotten son so that we may be forgiven and saved. Jesus took upon himself the sins of the whole world and died as the penalty so that we may be set free and experience the love of God and have fellowship with him.

Acknowledging and repenting of sin is very simple, you need to own up to your actions and accept you were wrong. You need to be sorry and deep down in your heart decide that you do not want to commit the sin again. Next, tell God you are sorry, he can hear you anywhere.You don’t have to be in a church or before a priest when you confess.

God knows you will likely sin again, it may be the same sin you just confessed sometime ago. The key here is to understand that God is willing to empower you and help you overcome your weaknesses provided you are truly sorry and you sincerely want to be set free. God sees your heart and knows if you are playing games with him.

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

God has proved how much he loves you by giving up his only beloved son to the death sentence so that you may enjoy life, the whole Bible is a love letter written by God telling you how much he loves you. The question is will you accept God’s Love? Will you accept Jesus Christ?

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

God’s solution is really simple, to accept Jesus you need to confess using your mouth that he is Lord and believe in your heart that he rose from the dead. The minute you do this you are eligible to receive the Holy Spirit.

God is interested in making things complete in your life. Your marriage, business, health, finances or job needs to be complete. God can do that.

Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you.“
There are times you think people are doing better than you just because they are showing you what they want you to see. When you get closer and watch carefully you will know they are living miserably within. Don’t look at what you don’t have to determine how bad you are doing, just focus on your best. When you focus in life you will know you are doing better than you think.

‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.
This scripture describes how God can change situations around if we place Him and His works first. God can do extra ordinary things than our previous experience.

So the Lord stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua son of Jozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of the whole remnant of the people. They came and began to work on the house of the Lord Almighty, their God.
I pray the Lord stir up your spirit to begin to work in the house of God and to do the will of God. God bless you.

"You expected much, but see, it turned out to be little. What you brought home, I blew away. Why?" declares the LORD Almighty. "Because of my house, which remains a ruin, while each of you is busy with your own house.
Most of us are interested on our personal things than the things of God. We work so much but have nothing to show. We have abandoned the things of God but expect God to bless us. I pray the Lord helps you to seek His kingdom first and to receive His glory.

‭‭‬‬ The truth is, we are only seeing the slightest little piece of the big picture in our life.
Trust that there is more to your story that you just can’t see yet. Lean not on your own understanding. Trust God !

Grace simply means ability of a disabled man to defeat an able man who has more ability than him.
Grace is starting a business with nothing but ending up with a lot of money as profit.
Grace is a pr******te who later end up to be a prophetess.
Grace is a short man becoming the champion and captain of a Basketball team.
Grace is success without exams.
Grace is a woman not beautiful but wins a beauty pageant.
Grace is not attending an interview but securing a job!
May the Grace of God locate u today ..... Receive Grace!

Philippians 2:8
And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
One common characteristics of a true servant is obedience. The level of one's obedience leads them up to rewards or punishment. The faster your obedience to an instruction, the earlier you rise in your life and career. Though He was God, He voluntarily became a man in order to fulfil his Father's mandate for His life.
I pray you fulfil God's will through obedience.
