Actor Van Vicker has sued fellow actor Lilwin for defamation, demanding GH¢10 million in damages.

According to the court document, Van Vicker claims he has been living in fear and cancelled all his planned business trips to Kumasi because of alleged threats.

The lawsuit follows comments Lilwin made before the filming of ‘A Journey to Africa’ at Nzulezu, where he threatened to prevent Van Vicker from appearing in Kumawood movies.

Ghanaian actor Van Vicker has sued fellow actor Lilwin for defamation, demanding GH¢10 million in damages.

The lawsuit follows comments Lilwin made before the filming of ‘A Journey to Africa’ at Nzulezu in the Western Region.

Lilwin claimed that Van Vicker had failed to take part in the movie and threatened to prevent him from appearing in any Kumawood film.

According to the court document dated October 10, 2026, Van Vicker claims the defamatory statements have caused him fear and anxiety.

He also says he has cancelled planned business trips to Kumasi because of concerns about his safety.
