From Toscar: You are a young lady or are a group of beautiful young ladies who have come together to render ushering services and want gigs, especially in this December. One thing you should know is that event organizers have people they are already working with. 

What you can do to get some gigs for yourself is to add some professionalism to your brand. Let your ladies dress nicely for corporate and social events and get good photographs from a good photographer. Arrange them nicely, get some complementary cards, and attend events. 

On the event grounds, you may spot the organizers, then quickly go forward to introduce yourself, your brand, and what your services are.

Exchange contacts, and you are almost on your way to winning a gig.
