Ligan Kofi Simon, I think DOn KCee is just exhibiting his creativity by sampling the legendary Lazzybwoy’s song.
Naanigo was a monster hit and Don just wanted to keep that melody ringing in the ears of the listeners.
He isn’t the first and won’t be the last to sample a song.
Who else remembers how Lazzybwoy sampled Tekno of Nigeria’s song titled “Duro”. In fact, the whole song was sampled with only lyrics Changed to kkb.
We all praised him for that level of creativity. So why condemn another for doing same??
We may only advise kcee to seek the necessary copyright permits before exploiting another man’s work.
In all, let me easy on Donkcee, and keep supporting good music. Nkpakpando we move.
