Subject: Upload of Passport Photographs on Payslip Platform

1. Background
It has been observed that some staff members do not have passport photographs displayed on the new payslips generated by the system.

2. Directive
All affected staff are required to log in to the platform and upload a passport photograph to their profile page. This will ensure your photograph appears correctly on subsequent payslips.

3. Action Required
Complete this process before the system closes. Follow the steps below:
1. Access the platform at https://gogepayservices.com
2. Log in using your Staff ID and password
3. Click on your initials at the top right corner
4. Select “View Profile”
5. Click the edit icon next to your initials
6. Upload your passport photograph and click “Save”

4. Compliance
Kindly treat this as urgent to avoid any disruption to payroll documentation.
