*MAHAMA/NDC PLOT TO HOOT AT DR. AKOTO DURING FARMERS’ DAY EXPOSED*

We, the Die-Hard Supporters of NPP have interjected a credible intelligence regarding a purported and grand scheme of the NDC spearheaded by former President John Dramani Mahama and certain bigwigs within the Party to organize some NDC members to hoot at the Minister of Food and Agriculture at the soon to be held Farmers’ Day celebration at Koforidua, Eastern region.
This shameful act was started some weeks back when they organized people to hoot at the President in the Ashanti and Eastern regions when he was on a working visit. They again planned and hooted at the Vice President at the just ended annual Hogbetsotso Za festival in Anlo on Saturday, November 5, 2022 in the Volta Region.
This plan per our credible source is to make the NPP unpopular and cause disaffection among the citizens in the Country for the Party.
In furtherance of deepening and strengthening their aforementioned objective, they have again planned and schemed to organize about three hundred (300) people to hoot at the Agric minister because of the huge success and impact of the Planting for Food and Jobs program in Ghana and on the African Continent.
It has been purported that they have promised to pay them an amount of ghc300 per person and ghc600 per coordinator for the ex*****on of the agenda at Koforidua.
This kind of behavior is unbecoming of the main opposition party. The act is selfish and sends a negative signal to the Investor Community, and also dips the image of the Nation in a cloud of global ridicule.
We are therefore by this statement cautioning the influenced individuals, organizers and the NDC as a party to desist from such a nefarious act.
They should be mindful and reconsider their decision to embark on such a callous agenda against the image of the Nation. Else if they insist to follow through with their waywardness then we will have no excuse than to restrain, resist
