*Phishing Alert* – Don’t Fall for Lookalike Domains!
You can receive a "Password Reset Request" email that looks like it came from Microsoft… but let’s take a closer look. Notice the sender’s domain: .com
👉 Here, the attackers replaced the letter "m" with "r" + "n" to trick the eye into reading it as “microsoft.com.”
This technique is called a homograph attack or domain spoofing. It’s one of the most common tricks used by cybercriminals to steal your login credentials.
How to Stay Safe: Always verify the sender’s email domain carefully. Hover over links before clicking. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Report suspicious emails to your IT/security team.
Remember: Cybersecurity is not just about tools — it’s about awareness. Stay alert, think before you click!
