"Free The Children" Campaign: Eradicating Child Exploitation in Ghana through Education and Advocacy.
Street Children Empowerment Foundation (SCEF), a registered NGO in Ghana, envisions a future where all children, regardless of their disparities, have equal opportunities. In collaboration with Crenshaw Limited, Angel Studios, Gravel Road Films and National Film Authority, SCEF presents the "Free The Children" initiative.
This initiative aims to shed light on the issue of child trafficking and exploitation in Ghana. To achieve this, a fundraising screening of the movie "Sound of Freedom" (a film by Angel Studios and distributed Gravel Road) will take place on September 13, 2024, at the Omanye Aba Hall, Accra Metropolitan Assembly.
This event will also celebrate SCEF's 15th anniversary and feature a panel discussion with child rights activists and community leaders. Funds raised will support SCEF's educational programs and advocacy initiatives.
