Philip Edem Kutsienyo is a private legal practitioner with Fugar & Company as an Associate Lawyer. He specializes in Civil Ligation in Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Banking Law, Real Property law and family law in the Superior Courts of Ghana.
Edem has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also has an LL.B from the Kwame Nkrumah ...University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Qualifying Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law. Edem has also taken a full course in Securities at the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Edem is an ardent believer in giving back to society and thus volunteers for the Juvenile Justice Project (JJP) where he provides legal services for juveniles who have offended the law on a pro – bono basis. Whiles at the Ghana School of Law, he founded the charity wing of the SRC which pays for surgical procedures for poor and indigent children at the Pediatric Surgery Department of the Korle – Bu Teaching Hospital.
