One of the key tasks of the Civil Service Training Center of Ghana through the Office of the Head of Civil Service is to produce competent Civil Servants who will not just serve as passive instruments of power (political heads) but vanguards of the public interest, and to promote a type of governance system which is responsive to the needs of the public and reflective of the people’s will.
