About two weeks ago, the maiden edition of the āBoldNBrilliantā Conference 2024 took place at Pentecost University.
This conference was organized by my very own initiative,the Josephine Worlali Adatsi Initiative, a youth-based community that catalyzes change and empowers lives guided by sustainable goals in collaboration with the Communications Studies Department of Pentecost University
As an ardent and passionate womenās advocate, I envisioned a dynamic program dedicated to empowering women from diverse backgrounds to achieve their full potential, both personally and professionally. Through a combination of mentorship, skills development, and community building, it aimed at to creating a supportive ecosystem where women can thrive, lead, and inspire positive change.
We had Keynote Addresses ranging from industry leaders such as Nana Adjoa Addobea Khartey, Madam Kate Addo, Ms. Sophia Mensah, Mr. David Guun to trailblazing entrepreneurs such as Alice Yakubu who offered valuable perspectives on leadership, resilience, and empowerment.
There was also a Skill-Building workshop which focused on enhancing the communication abilities and personal development of participants calledāThe Public Speaker In Youāā facilitated by Ms. Jemima Okai
A very big thank you to the Almighty God and all who believed in the vision, the speakers, the leadership and students of the senior high schools that represented (Accra High School, Wesley Grammar Senior School and the Apostle Safo School of Sciences), the management and students of Pentecost University.
The future is exciting.
