2019 is almost over. As I look at my top shelf, Linchpin by Seth Godin stands out as another one of my favorite books of the year. It’s not too late to read it. The book is a quick read. It will inspire you to move toward your goals and dreams faster by becoming an indispensable team member. The idea of a vital contributor is so simple but so compelling that it’s hard to argue against it. Your business requires you to read this book. If you are the 9-to-5 type, your survival in the rat race requires you to read it. Enjoy!

Successful people pick a problem so important to them that they cannot sit idle. Most people just want the trappings of success without all the struggle, the doubts, the downs, the false starts, the big fails, and the trials one must overcome to get there. Pick a problem and be relentless in the pursuit of finding the best solution you can cook up. It does not have to be the perfect solution, it just has to be the best you can find. Imagine if Steve Jobs or Bill Gates wanted to wait for the ideal hardware or perfect Operating System! So be bold, go for it! , !
