“With utmost respect, I must assert that I am more than just a South African 🇿🇦 artist. The constraints imposed by such a label are stifling. My identity transcends geographical boundaries; I am African, and my ultimate aspiration is a united Africa. The Amapiano ownership debate between Ghana 🇬🇭 and South Africa 🇿🇦 is particularly disconcerting. It exemplifies the divisions that undermine our collective potential. The United States' strength is rooted in unity, where regional affiliations are secondary to national identity. Africa's immense potential and talent are being squandered due to our propensity for disunity and animosity. The realization of the United States of Africa will be the turning point in our journey towards global prominence. Our music will flourish on the world stage, and our voices will assume unprecedented influence. We must put aside our differences and work collaboratively towards a brighter future”-Nasty C.
