In the spirit of transparency and engagement, I met with the management of yesterday. The meeting was on the back of their request for stakeholder engagement.

To enable the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations make better decisions, we had requested on the 4th of August that they provide the National Communications Authority Ghana with details of the pricing models for their various bouquets by 5th of August. They requested for an extension to the 11th of August.

Per the Electronic Communications Act, failure to produce information requested by the Regulator attracts a GHS10,000 daily fine. In good faith, I waived the fine from the 5th till yesterday when I met the management again and they still had not submitted the requested information.

Consequently, the NCA Ghana would fine them GHS10,000 every day from yesterday 14th August until they submit the requested information on the pricing models.

I remain committed to ensuring that the best deal is secured for the Ghanaian people.

"I became a millionaire at 17. When I started streaming in 2020, I had just one viewer, and that viewer made me keep going. Week two, I was averaging four viewers; week three, eight viewers; week four, 20 viewers. I kind of gave up everything from my old life and put everything into my stream. I streamed every day. My mom saw the videos and said, 'What are you doing?' She told me to quit or she will leave so I said, 'I'm out.' I was already determined and wasn't going to stop, so I moved to my dad's place in Detroit and kept going. That's how I reached where I am today."

An autopsy was conducted on the late boxer, Olanrewaju Segun 'Success', on Wednesday, April 2nd. Preliminary post-mortem findings suggest that Segun passed away due to sudden cardiac arrest.

However, further examination of his heart condition is necessary, meaning his body will not be released for burial in Nigeria for about two weeks.
