A-G Challenges Court of Appeal Decision in Former MASLOC CEO Case

Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Dominic Ayine, has expressed disagreement with the Court of Appeal’s decision to acquit former MASLOC Chief Executive Officer Sedina Tamakloe Attionu.

Mr. Ayine maintained that the state had sufficiently established grounds for the former CEO to be held accountable over alleged financial losses suffered by the agency, and questioned the basis for overturning the previous decision.
