5. Iodine Value (Wij's method): 58g I/100g
6. Color:
Bright reddish-orange colour.
- Lovibond color: 20-30R (red)
- Gardner color: 10-20 (yellow)
7. Odor: Mild, characteristic of palm oil
8. Specific Gravity: 0.917-0.921
9. Viscosity: 30-40 mm²/s (at 40°C)].
