Bishop Daniel Obinim has escalated his divorce with Florence Obinim, questioning her sanity over her alleged divorce demands.

In a video that has gone viral on TikTok, Obinim read Florence's court demands aloud and then turned to the congregation to react.

"As a mother, you have refused to think about the kids. Are you mad? Do you want my children to go wayward?" he said. "If you think you are mad, I am crazier than you."

He accused Florence of prioritising the property list over the welfare of their children, referencing their son Promise, who recently got a tattoo on her neck.

Obinim said he had to video-call Promise personally, kneeling down and begging her to remove both the tattoo and her earring.

Florence Obinim is currently in court demanding GH¢2 million, a house in Barcelona, GH¢10,000 in monthly allowances, and additional properties.

Lil Win broke down in tears during an interview this week, revealing that the Nollywood stars he flew in for his upcoming film Journey to Africa at Nzulezu refused to continue shooting after three days because they were too frightened to travel on water.

The film is set in Nzulezu, the stilt village in Ghana's Western Region, which requires a 40-minute boat journey to reach.

After three days of shooting, the entire cast refused to board the boats again and demanded the production move to a different location.

The problem was that the entire storyline was built around Nzulezu and its unique way of life, hence, moving was not an option.

Lil Win said he had to speak to each actor individually and personally reassure them before production could continue.

He also revealed that the Nollywood actors' fear was understandable as one of their colleagues had recently drowned and passed while filming a water scene for another movie.

"I don't blame the Nigerian stars because, not long ago, one of their colleagues drowned and died while shooting a water scene for a movie. So, to some extent, I understood their concerns," he said.

Kweku Smoke has shared his experience of alleged police extortion that many Ghanaians travelling by road will recognise immediately.

In a video posted on X on Tuesday, a visibly frustrated Kweku Smoke recounted how police officers stationed at a road barrier collected money from him, then drove ahead of him on the same road and set up another barrierm, demanding money again.

"I have been repeatedly paying money to these police officers on this road. Right after paying at the barrier, you will see the same officers passing behind to set up another barrier ahead to demand the same money from me. Why are you behaving like this?" he said.

The rapper said the h+rassment happens whether he travels by road or by air.

Joint77 has broken his silence on what he believes ended the Militants' run, and he is pointing the finger directly at Shatta Wale.

Speaking on Adom TV on Tuesday, Joint77 alleged that despite the group recording multiple songs, Shatta Wale refused to release them once their fanbase began growing rapidly.

He claims their rising popularity made Shatta feel threatened rather than proud.

"When it got to a point where we became big and the people wanted more, we were looking to see that he would personally say we should record more singles. We started recording, but he wasn't releasing them. To me, I felt like he thought we had become too big. He felt threatened," Joint77 said.

Van Vicker has filed a GH¢10 million defamation lawsuit against Kumawood filmmaker LilWin, in a legal move that escalates what had been a public industry dispute into a formal court matter.

A writ of summons dated Friday, October 10, 2026, accuses Lil Win of making false and damaging statements about Van Vicker in a widely circulated video, statements Van Vicker says portray him as dishonest, disrespectful, incompetent, and involved in questionable behaviour.

The dispute centres on a movie production project as Lil Win publicly accused Van Vicker of failing to fulfil his role, not returning calls, and spewing lies, and threatened to drop him from the upcoming Journey to Africa cast if he did not apologise.

Van Vicker denied all allegations and maintained he is a professional who operates by industry standards.

In his statement of claim, Van Vicker argued the video created the false impression he had been banned from Kumawood productions, content that remains accessible online and could surface whenever his name is searched on Google.

He is seeking a court declaration that the statements were defamatory, GH¢10 million in exemplary damages, general damages for libel, legal fees, and a public retraction and apology published on news portals at the same prominence as the original video for four consecutive weeks.
