Kumasi Children's Park located at Amakom in the Ashanti Region of Ghana is currently ongoing.

The Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Foundation in Partnership with First Atlantic Bank are redevelopment the Kumasi Children's Park.

The redevelopment is to be completed in two phases.

PHASE 1 includes;
• Fencing and Landscaping
• Construction of Security Post
• Construction of Maintenance Building (Workshop officers etc)
• Construction of Washrooms.
• Solar Panels to provide light for the park.

🚨🛣 ROADS UPDATE ON ABIDJAN ACCRA-LAGOS CORRIDOR PROJECT .

Yesterday, the Minister of Roads and Highways Hon Kwame Governs Agbodza reiterated governments commitment to ensure the successful implementation of the Abidjan-Lagos Corridor Highway Development Project
By launching of the National Stakeholders and Community Engagement Campaign of Project Affected Communities in Ghana yesterday in Accra.

The 1,028km highway will be a 3 lanes dual carriageway
interconnecting five West African countries and crosses economic centers of Abidjan Côte 🇨🇮 , Accra 🇬🇭, Lome, Cotonou 🇧🇯 and Lagos 🇳🇬 Nigeria.

The engagement is expected to adequately sensitize the about 32 communities to be affected by the project.

Ghana’s section of the highway is about 520km- more than half of the entire corridor. It’s expected that this section will be constructed on greenfield along major cities and towns such as Apimanim, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Saltpond, Winneba and Accra. The rest are Tema, Kasseh, Akatsi and Akanu.
