GHANA INTERNET CAFES ARE NOW TRAINING GROUNDS FOR CRIMINALS.

Mr Okumador has made serious suggestion that it is time for the government of Ghana, precisely the police service to have an operation to check all internet cafes to see the kind of activities and personalities involved.

Focusing on Greater Accra, most cyber cafe centers are no longer being used by business men or adults but only kids of under 18 down to 6year.

As little as primary kids, would not go to school after parents set them off, but rather spend all the school hours in cafe doing nothing better then fraud activities.
Others go to school, keep their feeding money for same purposes as they do not have personal smart phones.

Children engaged in fraud activities do not permit adults to stop them because they also pay for the airtime and cafe admins tolerate it since they only care for their incomes and these kids are growing up to be professional criminals in the country. Therefore, the government needs to focus on Cafe operations from now.
