Meet Prof. Eliab Seroney Some, PhD, the new Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic Affairs and Leader Transformation at the International Leadership University-Nairobi,Kenya
Prof. Seroney Some is an accomplished academic, public health epidemiologist, researcher and transformational leader. He brings extensive experience in academic leadership, university governance, quality assurance, strategic planning and leadership development.
Before joining ILU, he served as Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Planning and Finance at Kenya Methodist University.
His leadership is anchored in purpose, stewardship, integrity, service, continuous improvement and excellence.
At ILU, he will lead work to strengthen academic quality, research and innovation, postgraduate education, partnerships, digital learning and Christ-centred Leader Transformation.
