Bad customer service (Emancipation Beach Keta).
On one occasion, I went out with a friend to have fun at Emancipation Beach at Keta which happens to be the worst moment in my life.
I ordered for drinks and the waitress asked me to go and serve myself. I should carry the drinks myself? I told her I can’t do that for she is to serve me and I went and sat. It took her more than 10 minutes to brink the drink. She didn’t even place it on our table but rather the table that is close to us and left.
Later, I order for jollof rice, she said they have only fried rice. I have no choice than to go for the fried rice.
Over an hour, the fried rice is still not ready. When I called her, she will pretend she didn’t hear and pass by.
Finally, when she later brought it (Food) she placed it elsewhere and left and air blew the spoon and the tissue paper away. (If you were me, will you pay for the food?)
Quickly, I got angry and asked her to come for the food and give me my balance and we left.
That instant, we went to Cereno Homes Keta, it was lovely moment.
Best customer services ever.
1. They walked towards you immediately you enter.
2. Jollof rice is ready in 5 minutes
3. They have all the drinks (Foreign) I want. (Unlike emancipation, where they don’t even have drinks, but I’ve been managing due to the breeze)
4. The place is serene and beautiful.
Recommendation:
1. Do not be stringent on your employees. (They will do worse at your back)
2. Do not be lenient with your employees. (They will take you for granted)
3. Having an affair with your employees will crumple your business.
