A client booked me for a birthday session and I charged GHC 2,000. At first, she felt my price was too high because other photographers had quoted lower rates. 📸
Eventually, she agreed, and we had the session.
One week after I delivered the photographs, I received an unexpected mobile money alert of GHC 1,000. Shortly after, she sent me a message:
“I just sent you a token to say thank you so much for the wonderful photographs. I really like the shots, Pama!”😊
Moments like this remind me that clients don’t always pay for the time spent taking pictures. They pay for the years of learning, the creativity, the attention to detail, and the memories that will last a lifetime.
When people truly experience quality, price often becomes secondary to value.
