𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 female 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙞 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 Hon. Doris Asibi Seidu, a.k.a “Tiger Lady,” (blessed memory) 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 New Patriotic Party (NPP)

Professional Career
•Before entering politics, she worked as a teacher and social worker, building strong community ties and demonstrating her commitment to social development.

Political Career & Achievements
•In the 2004 general election, Doris contested the Chereponi seat on the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ticket and won becoming the first female MP for the constituency.
•In Parliament, she served on key committees including Education, Mines, and Energy.
•She was renowned for her development initiatives: facilitating electrification, among others.

Illness & Death.
She died in office on 31 July 2009 (some reports mark it as 1 August), at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra. She battled a serious heart condition and kidney complications.

May the Almighty creator continue to have mercy upon her.
