*Wrapping Up Mental Health Awareness Month*

As May comes to a close, we have spent this month learning, unlearning, and opening up about our mental well‑being.

*Today at 11 AM on Acity Radio, we are joined by staff at Academic City University as we dedicate our final Mental Health Awareness discussion to something every single one of us struggles with; Stress Management.*

Tune in as we end our Mental Health Awareness Month today.

The *video* by our *Peer Counsellor Theodore Anquandah- Marketing, level 200* explores *anger* as a *mental health* concern, helping us understand it’s triggers and offering healthy ways to manage and express it usually in our daily interactions and relationships.

As we oberseve *Mental Health Awareness Month*, it is important to recognize that emotions like *anger* are natural part of our *mental health*. However, when not well managed, anger can affect thoughts, relationships and overall well-being.

Remember, managing anger is not about ignoring how we feel, but learning how to respond in ways that protect our peace and the people around us.

*Have a lovely weekend*🤍❤️
