Monica Amekoafia who happens to be the person we are talking of was born on 30th June 1934 at Alavanyo - that was also her place of emanation. At an early stage of a vicenarian, Monica managed to attain this enviable feat for herself..

She represented the trans-volta Togo land and a contestant number 9..It was that number she represented in the beauty pageant competition that gave us that regional name "Number 9"

In addition to this, I will like to brief you on make an abridgement on"cemetery tourism".Tourists normally visits cemeteries with the aim of discovering historical and scenic heritage that often abounds in cemeteries.

Togbi Nyigbla is Riding into town Tonight

There is a town-crier by name Fo Klu going around Anloga township right now announcing that Togbi Nyigbla (the supreme Anlo deity who sits on a white horse and reveals himself to only virgins and the pure of heart, which is also the reason horses are not allowed into Anloga) will be coming out and going around town at 9pm tonight and for that matter, people should not be in town or they might risk meeting him or suffering some consequences.

According to him, he has been sent by chiefs of Anlo to make this announcement.

Now, here is what I am thinking. If you want nobody in town today from 9pm, shouldn't you have made that announcement a week at least or days ago to enable everybody to prepare to not be in town today at 9pm?

I am in Anloga and I just heard the announcement 30 minutes ago.

So, what happens to those travelling from Accra and other parts of Ghana to Anloga tonight? Have they being informed? Do they know that Togbi Nyigbla is riding into town today and moving around his old haunts starting from 9pm?

I hope Togbi Nyigbla, if he rides into people who are not aware of this announcement and his outing at 9pm tonight, will spare them the consequences.

May peace reign in Anlo.
