The youths and people of Ho in the Volta region on Friday, 16th August 2024 embarked on a demonstration to address their displeasure on the deteriorating state of the “VOLTA YOUTH RESOURCE CENTRE” and also are calling on the authorities to complete and fix the facilities.

The demonstration was dubbed “EVA GLO MI” which literally means “We Are Feed Up”

The matron and bursar of Somé Senior High School in Agbozume have been arrested for allegedly stealing food supplies meant for boarding students. These thefts have reportedly been happening for years.

The arrest, initiated by assembly member Ibrahim Ayuba, followed the interception of stolen items, including tin tomatoes, mackerel, detergents, and insecticide spray, found in the matron's bag and the bursar's car. Both are now in police custody at the Agbozume police station.

The car (Benz) of Ghanaian actor, Lil Win involved in an accident around Kumasi, Amakom this morning.

The Road Manager of Lil Win's confirms news that a private car, a Toyota crossed them which resulted in the accident.

Lil Win suffered scratches on his forehead while his manager's mouth got serious bruises.

The Comic actor has been rushed to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital's Emergency currently receiving treatment.
