Buzz News: Drama at Agyeza! 4mula Energy Arrests Event Organizer Over Breach of Contract at Mother's Day Concert
What was meant to be a night of celebration turned into a legal showdown as the much-anticipated 4mula Energy Mother’s Day Concert, held on May 11th at Agyeza Lovers Beach, ended at the police station.
According to close sources, the concert, which was a massive success and drew a huge crowd, was clouded by a serious breach of contract by the event organizer—the venue owner of Lovers Beach.
Per the signed agreement, VUN Events Hub, 4mula Energy’s official event company, entered into a partnership deal with the venue on a 70/30 financial agreement. A key term in the contract stated that 4mula Energy was to be paid GHC 15,000 for his headline performance. Both parties had agreed on shared responsibilities to ensure the event’s success.
However, after the show, the venue owner allegedly failed to honour the agreement, taking the larger share of the proceeds and refusing to pay 4mula Energy’s booking fee.
Known for his professionalism and business acumen, 4mula Energy did not take the matter lightly. Without hesitation, he reported the breach to the police, resulting in the arrest of the venue owner.
The matter was resolved at the police station, where the event organizer was compelled to pay the full booking fee as per the contract.
This incident highlights the importance of respecting contractual agreements in the entertainment industry and proves once again that 4mula Energy is not only a music icon but also a firm protector of his brand and business interests.
Stay tuned as we follow up on any further developments.
