“I AM THE TRUE VINE, AND MY FATHER IS THE GARDENER. He CUTS OFF EVERY BRANCH in me that BEARS NO FRUIT, while every branch that does bear fruit, HE PRUNES so that it will be even MORE FRUITFUL.”

WORDALIVE FOR YOU TODAY

We started by establishing that, no matter the storms and ranging afflictions arising, THE GARDENER takes responsibility for THE GARDEN and every trees/flower planted within it. That, every Garden reflects the diligence of its Gardener. And that our God is the faithful GARDENER of our lives. But that we as HIS GARDEN must yield to the efforts of THE GARDENER. Today, we shall proceed as we begin to understudy the processes of The Gardener’s effort over the garden for the ultimate purpose of beauty, attraction and fruitfulness. The first we shall consider is;

#. THE WATERING HAND OF THE GARDENER: “The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. YOU WILL BE LIKE A WELL-WATERED GARDEN, LIKE A SPRING WHOSE WATERS NEVER FAIL.” – Isaiah 58:11 NIV. Every healthy Garden thrives because it receives Water from the Hand of The Gardener. Without Water, even the richest soil will dry out, the flowers will wither, and the trees will lose their strength. In like manner, the Soul of a Believer cannot survive without THE GARDENER’S WATERING. The Word of God and His Spirit are the Living Waters that refresh, cleanse, and sustain us. We saw from the Scripture For The Day that, the Water is a Living Water of Life and that it flows from the throne of God and of the Lamb (Rev.22:1). This tells us that The Gardener Himself is committed to continually watering His Garden; our lives as believers, so that we will not dry up spiritually.

Water is an essential commodity for Humanity generally, but as regards The Garden, it does Three (3) important things which are: #. TO REFRESH – In seasons of dryness and weariness, God’s Word restores our Strength and Soul (Psalm 23:3). #. TO CLEANSE – Just as rain washes the dust-off leaves, God’s Word cleanses us from sin and impurity (Ephesians 5:26). #. TO SUSTAIN GROWTH – Plants cannot grow without Water, and likewise, believers cannot mature without daily nourishment from the Scriptures and the Spirit (1 Peter 2:2). The Psalm for The Day in verse 3 described a righteous believer as “like A TREE PLANTED BY STREAMS OF WATER, which yields its fruit in season.” Such a life never lacks fruitfulness because it constantly and continuously draws from the Gardener’s living water.

The WORD OF GOD MADE ALIVE to You This Day Therefore is: THE GARDENER WATERS YOU DAILY THROUGH HIS WORD, PRAYER, AND THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE SPIRIT. BUT YOU MUST REMAIN THIRSTY AND RECEPTIVE. DO NOT NEGLECT HIS WORD, FOR WITHOUT IT THE GARDEN OF YOUR SOUL WILL SOON DRY OUT. Stay connected to the Living Water, and your life will always blossom, refreshed and fruitful in every season. Understand that The Gardener’s Word and Spirit are your Living Water, drink daily and your soul will never run dry. Always remember that, ‘A GARDEN WITHOUT WATER WILL WITHER, A BELIEVER WITHOUT THE WORD AND SPIRIT WILL FAINT’.
May your Garden not lack The Watering Hand of The Gardener day by day in this sun-scorched land in Jesus’ Name. HAPPY SUNDAY. SHALOM!

This weekend by the privilege of DIVINE GRACE, we shall be looking at a New Series in this Month of DIVINE STABILITY. We shall be discussing on the subject of ‘THE GARDENER’. One thing this series will expose to us is the fact that, no matter the storms and ranging afflictions arising, THE GARDENER takes responsibility for THE GARDEN and every trees/flower planted within it. As we know, every Garden reflects the diligence of its Gardener. A neglected garden soon grows wild, choked with weeds, and unfruitful. But a Garden kept by loving, skillful hands blossom with Beauty, Fragrance, and Fruit. In the same way, our God is the faithful GARDENER of our lives. He does not leave us to struggle aimlessly but works daily to WATER, PRUNE, W**D, and CULTIVATE us so that we may BEAR FRUIT in due SEASON.

In the context of our discussion, Believers are GOD’S GARDEN. Our hearts are the soil; our lives are the trees planted in His vineyard. Left on our own, we can wither, but under Christ’s careful attention, we flourish. His Word is the water that nourishes us; His Spirit is the sunlight that strengthens us; His pruning, though sometimes painful, removes habits, relationships, and attitudes that hinder growth.

Consider Mary Magdalene’s encounter with the risen Christ in John 20:15. She mistook Him for THE GARDENER, and in truth, she was not wrong. He is indeed THE GARDENER of souls, the One who brings life out of what seems dead. Also, think of the parable of the fig tree in Luke 13:6–9: the owner wanted to cut down the UNFRUITFUL TREE, but THE GARDENER interceded, saying, “LEAVE IT ALONE FOR ONE MORE YEAR, AND I’LL DIG AROUND IT AND FERTILIZE IT.” That is Jesus! He patiently tends to us, giving Grace, Mercy, and Fresh chances so that we might Grow and Bear Fruit.

Treasured, The WORD OF GOD MADE ALIVE to You This Day Therefore is: IF YOU HAVE EVER FELT STAGNANT IN YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE, REMEMBER: THE GARDENER HAS NOT ABANDONED YOU. HE IS WORKING BENEATH THE SURFACE. HIS HANDS ARE DIGGING, HIS SPIRIT IS WATERING, HIS WORD IS PRUNING, AND HIS LOVE IS SUSTAINING YOU. The only requirement is that you remain in Him, yielding to His care. It is important for THE GARDEN to yield to THE GARDENER’S HAND, allowing Him to Prune and Cultivate it for greater fruitfulness. The way to do this is to intentionally spend time daily in the Word (the Bible), it is the water of life that sustains the Garden of your soul. Through His Word and Spirit, you will receive His Pruning and you must embrace God’s Pruning with understanding that painful seasons by Divine Pruning are not punishment but preparation for Greater fruit.

Dearly, when THE GARDENER perfects it work on THE GARDEN, Beauty, Attractions and Fruits Bearing are the outcome. Your life will start to manifest the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, and other fruits of the Spirit (Gal.5:22). May your Garden not become abandoned by the Gardener for your lack to yield to His efforts and inputs for your fruitfulness in Jesus’ Name. SHALOM!

Through these he has given us His very Great and PRECIOUS PROMISES, so that through them You may PARTICIPATE in the DIVINE NATURE, having ESCAPED the CORRUPTION in the WORLD caused by evil desires.”

We started discussion on the RESOURCES that God will majorly make available for STABILITY in life for anyone who have HIM as SURE FOUNDATION. It was said that; GOD WILL NOT ONLY REWARD HIS FAITHFUL CHILDREN IN THE PURSUIT OF DESTINY FULFILLMENT, HE EQUALLY PROVIDE THEM WITH RESOURCES FOR DIVINE STABILITY. We have discussed the THREE (3) MAJOR RESOURCES so far, which are: #. HUMAN RESOURCES, PHYSICAL RESOURCES, & #. SPIRITUAL RESOURCES. Today, as we conclude on this series, we will be looking at the vitality of all three (3) Resources for DIVINE STABILITY in the pursuit of DIVINE PURPOSE on Earth.

Each of these Resources is Vital, but true Stability in life and Destiny comes when we RECOGNIZE THEM AS GIFTS FROM GOD AND USE THEM RESPONSIBLY FOR HIS PURPOSE. It is important to know what each stands for and where they are required to function per-time in the affairs of life and pursuit of DIVINE PURPOSE. Knowing that HUMAN RESOURCES gives us COMMUNITY, while PHYSICAL RESOURCES gives us CAPACITY, but SPIRITUAL RESOURCES gives us CONTINUITY and ETERNAL SECURITY, will help believers to channel each appropriately towards Destiny fulfillment. Another important fact you must pick from this series is the fact that where a believer has first and foremost SPIRITUAL RESOURCES, and utilize it well, other forms of Resources and their subordinates will have no choice but to come to you at the time they are needed in the pursuit of DIVINE ASSIGNMENT.

This was the case with Joseph Jacob as recorded in Genesis 37, the guy was so Rich in SPIRITUAL RESOURCES, he did not just have the ability to Dream and interpret Dreams, and he also had what the New Testament Church called ‘FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT’. He had good character, integrity and diligence. He brought bad report about his brothers to their father, he didn’t join them in the bad things or concealed it. He reported it (Gen.37:2). Though he was faced with many challenges, trials and temptation, but his dedication to God and the provision of SPIRITUAL RESOURCES, he was STABILIZED in the pursuit of His Purpose. When the time was right, he had HUMAN RESOURCES (Pharaoh, his advisers, wife, in-laws, and the whole of the community of Egypt), and PHYSICAL RESOURCES (Lands, Houses, best Rides in town, Barns, Materials, Minerals, Wealth and many more). As a result, he remained Stable and fulfilled his DIVINE PURPOSE even in a foreign land.

The WORD OF GOD MADE ALIVE to You This Day Therefore is: YOU HAVE BEEN EQUIPPED WITH ALL THESE RESOURCES. THE CALL IS TO VALUE THEM, NURTURE THEM, AND DEDICATE THEM FOR KINGDOM PURPOSE. Always remember that STABILITY is not the ABSENCE of STORMS, but the presence of DIVINE ANCHORS. And your anchors are the Resources God has already placed within and around you for the fulfillment of DIVINE PURPOSE. Ensure you are balancing them rightly, while acknowledging God as the Source of all Resources in your life. Ensure you don’t over-rely on one Resource while neglecting others. Understand that Stability requires all three.
May God grant you wisdom to manage Divine Resources channeled to you for Stability in life and Destiny in Jesus’ Name. SHALOM!

We started discussion on the RESOURCES that God will majorly make available for STABILITY in life for anyone who have HIM as SURE FOUNDATION. It was said that; GOD WILL NOT ONLY REWARD HIS FAITHFUL CHILDREN IN THE PURSUIT OF DESTINY FULFILLMENT, HE EQUALLY PROVIDE THEM WITH RESOURCES FOR DIVINE STABILITY. We have mentioned Two so far, which are: #. HUMAN RESOURCES, & PHYSICAL RESOURCES. Today, we will proceed to the last major Resource for DIVINE STABILITY in the pursuit of DIVINE PURPOSE:

#. SPIRITUAL RESOURCES: “Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD, SO THAT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR STAND AGAINST THE DEVIL’S SCHEMES.” – Ephesians 6:10 – 11. Stability in Destiny becomes perfected from relying not on flesh or earthly things, but absolutely on the Spirit and RESOURCES OF HEAVEN. This is why Zechariah 4:6 NIV said; “So he said to me, ‘This is the Word of the LORD to Zerubbabel; NOT BY MIGHT NOR BY POWER, but by MY SPIRIT,’ says the LORD ALMIGHTY.” SPIRITUAL RESOURCES are the SUPERNATURAL PROVISIONS of God made available through Jesus Christ to anchor us in life and Destiny. They include:

#. THE HOLY SPIRIT – Our Helper, Comforter, Guide and Teacher (John 14:16 – 17).
#. THE WORD OF GOD – The Bible contains the Word of God; Living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). It is a powerful Spiritual Resource for Mankind.
#. THE CHURCH – The gathering of the saints/believers is a Resource for Stability in Destiny. Jesus said, ‘the gates of hell will not prevail against such gathering’ (Matthew 16:18).
#. PRAYER & INTERCESSION – Spiritual lifeline for Strength and breakthrough (Luke 22:32 – 32). Jesus had to teach His disciples to PRAY (Luke 11:2-4).
#. GRACE & ANOINTING – Divine Enablement to accomplish what human strength cannot (2 Corinthians 12:9).
#. THE NAME & BLOOD OF JESUS – Powerful Resources/weapons for victory and Stability in life and Destiny (Philippians 2:10-11, Revelation 12:11).
#. ANGELIC ASSISTANCE – Believers are provided Ministering Spirits to serve them as those who has inherit Salvation (Hebrews 1:14).

The WORD OF GOD MADE ALIVE to You This Day Therefore is: WHILE OTHER RESOURCES MENTIONED ARE IMPORTANT, WITHOUT SPIRITUAL RESOURCES, STABILITY CANNOT BE SUSTAINED. Let’s remember King Saul, he had valiant men, but the day he lost connection with God, the Prophet and other SPIRITUAL RESOURCES, he lost STABILITY in Kingship and eventual lost his life and the throne. But David on the other hand, though with little PHYSICAL RESOURCES, he began to increase and multiplied because he was Rich in SPIRITUAL RESOURCES (prayers, hymns, worship, and the anointing of God upon his life – 1 Samuel 16:13), he remained Stable and his Kingship was established over all Israel. No king or nation could defeat him and the Armies of Israel. Even internal enemies were defeated before him. He enjoyed DIVINE STABILITY all through his lifetime (Acts 13:36).
May you be Empowered by Spiritual Resources. By the Holy Spirit, the Word, and the Power of Christ, you will remain Stable and Unshakable in Destiny in Jesus’ Name. SHALOM!
