GOSPEL SUNDAY VIBES | 31ST MAY 2026

Speaker: Elder Mark Owusu

Theme: "The Church Unleashed to Deepen Her Relationship with the Holy Spirit Through Consistent and Persistent Prayer"

Prayer is the heartbeat of a Spirit-filled church. Through consistent and persistent prayer, believers cultivate intimacy with the Holy Spirit, receive divine direction, and are empowered for victorious Christian living.
Eld. Mark Owusu reminded us from Matthew 3:13–17, Matthew 4:1–2, Acts 1:13–14, and Acts 2:42 that every significant move of God is preceded by prayer. Just as Jesus and the Early Church devoted themselves to prayer, we too are called to deepen our relationship with the Holy Spirit through a life of unwavering communion with God.

Key Takeaway:
A praying church is a Spirit-filled church, and a Spirit-filled church is an unleashed church.
Memory Verse:
"And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers." — Acts 2:42 (KJV)
