A project carried out by me on November Last Year, 2025.
(design explanation + process):
Design isn't just about looking nice, it's about carrying WEIGHT and PURPOSE Here's a flyer I designed for Grace Fountain Foundation, an NGO reaching out to the less privileged in Tamale - Ghana.
The thinking behind it:
Color choice: Deep gold/amber tones + black β this pairing communicates warmth, hope, and dignity, rather than the typical "charity" visuals that can sometimes feel pity-driven. We wanted respect, not sympathy
Layout hierarchy: Notice how Mission, Vision, and Donation info are clearly separated in labeled blocks, for NGO flyers, clarity beats decoration every time. People should find WHAT they need (how to donate, where, when) in seconds, not hunt for it
Portrait placement: Placing Pastor Theophilus large and confident on the right builds trust and puts a face to the mission β people give to PEOPLE first, organizations second
Scripture anchor: Including Proverbs 11:25 wasn't decoration either β it grounds the entire appeal in purpose beyond just "please donate," it reminds the reader WHY generosity matters
Every flyer I design starts with one question: "What does this brand need people to FEEL first, before they read a single word?" For this one, the answer was trust and warmth
