First and foremost; I would like to formally submit my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the confidence and trust placed in me as the Head of Bor Football Organizing and Development committee by the Leadership of BCYA-Juba, headed by Elijah Manyok Jok, through the office of the Secretary for Culture and Sports, Michael Majok Achiek Akuei
I am deeply honored by this appointment and truly appreciate the opportunity to serve in this very important capacity. Your confidence in my ability to lead the organizing committtee is both humbling and motivating and I accept this responsibility with a strong sense of commitment, dedication and accountability.
Dear Esteemed Community Members, Passionate Football Fans, Valued Sponsors, and Respected Stakeholders, on behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Bor Interpayams’ Football Tournament, we convey our deepest gratitude and sincere appreciations to everyone who contributed in various ways to the success of this tournament. The successful completion of this very special event stands as a testament to the power of unity, collaboration, and shared commitment to the growth of football and community development.
Heartfelt thanks to the community members who embraced this tournament with enthusiasm and pride. Your hospitality, cooperation, and sense of ownership created a welcoming and peaceful environment throughout the competition. The tournament would not have been the same without your support, encouragement, and collective spirit, which truly reflected the values of unity and togetherness that football represents.
To our dedicated fans and supporters, we express our profound appreciation for your unwavering loyalty, energy, and sportsmanship. Your passionate presence in the Gumbo Basic field and the stands of the Juba National Stadium, your cheers, and your respect for fair play motivated the players and elevated the atmosphere of every match. You transformed the tournament into a vibrant celebration of football and made it a memorable experience for all the participants.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to our stakeholders, including sports authorities, specifically the South Sudan Football Association, government institutions, partners, match officials, who without them, the milestone reached would not have been possible.
Thanks to the referees, coaches, volunteers, medical team headed by our able son, John Wuoi Akur, commonly known as , who spent tireless nights ensuring that players’ safety and welfare was never compromised, security agencies, media partners, and all supporting organizations. Your professionalism, coordination, and dedication ensured that the tournament was conducted in an orderly, transparent, and successful manner. Your guidance and cooperation were instrumental in upholding high standards throughout the competition.

It’s because of Liberty we got the attention of the country’s sport lovers by providing us with the platform to show the world how innovative we can be as a community. The Video Assistant Referee aka is an expensive technology, but our locally inverted technology performed to the expectation, we couldn’t have got better than what we were offered. A thank you note to my brother David Kuol Ateny, joining hands with us and going through sleepless nights to ensure that Juba Stadium was secured as the venue for our final game, I sincerely don’t have words to describe this immense and brotherly support, but the Lord who sees in silence has seen your contributions and will reward you abuntantly.
Beyond the matches played, this tournament served as a platform to promote peace, friendship, discipline, and mutual respect among participants and supporters. It provided young talents with an opportunity to showcase their skills, inspired communities, and strengthened relationships among stakeholders with a shared vision for the future of football.
Allow me conclude this text by sending our message of congratulations to Anyidi Payam football team, having been crowned the champions of the 3rd Edition of this tournament. Million congratulations to you.
To Jalle Payam football team, and all the teams that participated but couldn’t win the trophy, please note that we can have a million participants but the finishing line only needs one winner and this was Anyidi. You did your best but it wasn’t enough to grand you the championship. Wishing you all the very best in the next competitions.
As the organizing Committee, we are deeply honored by the trust and confidence placed in us. We are proud of what we have achieved together and remain committed to building on this success in future tournaments and sporting initiatives.
