The world appears increasingly shaken by conflict and geopolitical tension.

More than a century ago, Ellen G. White wrote:

“The world is stirred with the spirit of war.”

Today, as tensions rise among nations such as the United States, Iran, and Israel, many are asking whether these events align with biblical prophecy.

In this Bible Prophecy Update, we explore current events through the lens of the prophecy found in the Book of Daniel.

For too long, the story of slavery has been told in a way that suggests Africa alone carries the burden of that dark chapter of human history. Yet history reveals that slavery and forced labor existed across many civilizations—Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Many of the nations that today dominate the global economy once endured systems of servitude and exploitation.

Their rise reminds us of a crucial truth: a painful past does not determine a nation’s future.

Africa’s greatest challenge today is not simply the legacy of slavery, but the persistence of mental slavery—a subtle but powerful mindset that conditions nations to depend on external powers for progress. It is the belief that development must come from outside rather than from within.

Yet Africa is not poor in resources, nor lacking in talent. The continent possesses vast mineral wealth, fertile lands, and the youngest population in the world. What remains is a shift in priorities.

Africa must learn to major in the majors and minor in the minors.

Majoring in the majors means investing in human capital, building strong institutions, harnessing natural resources, and fostering innovation. Minoring in the minors means engaging the developed world strategically—through partnerships that support Africa’s vision rather than define it.

The chains that once bound Africa were physical.
The chains that remain today are largely psychological.

And once those mental chains are broken, Africa will not merely rise—it will help shape the future of the world.

For too long, the story of slavery has been told in a way that suggests Africa alone carries the burden of that dark chapter of human history. Yet history reveals that slavery and forced labor exis…

The beautiful city of Tunis, Tunisia, is an historic North African capital located along the Mediterranean Sea. With a metro. population of about 2.7 million people, Tunis is known for its fascinating blend of ancient history and modern life. Tunisia is a country of about 12 million people, and the majority of the population identifies as Muslim.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Tunisia is very small, with only a handful of believers among millions of people. In fact, across the country there are fewer than 100 Adventists, meaning there may be more than 100,000 people for every Seventh-day Adventist believer. Yet God is at work everywhere! Through literature ministry, personal witness, digital outreach, and prayer, seeds of hope are being planted throughout North Africa. Let's pray for the people of Tunisia and the surrounding region—that many will come to know the love of Jesus and the hope found in His soon return.

Did Jesus really teach that death is like sleep?

In John 11, when Lazarus died, Jesus said:
“Our friend Lazarus sleeps.”

Was this simply a figure of speech, or was Jesus revealing something deeper about the state of the dead?

In this video, we examine passages like:

📖 John 11:11–14
📖 Ecclesiastes 9:5
📖 1 Thessalonians 4:13–16
📖 Daniel 12:2

If you’re interested in what the Bible actually teaches about death and resurrection, this study may challenge some common assumptions.

*BIBLE PROPHECY UPDATE 2— 09/03/2026*
*The World Stirred With the Spirit of War*
In Testimonies for the Church, Ellen G. White wrote a solemn statement that continues to resonate with modern events:

“_The world is stirred with the spirit of war. The prophecy of the eleventh chapter of Daniel has nearly reached its complete fulfillment. Soon the scenes of trouble spoken of in the prophecies will take place._”

This prophetic insight reflects a world moving toward increasing instability, conflict, and fear. When we observe the present global climate—especially the tensions involving the United States, Iran, Israel, and the wider Middle East—it becomes clear why many believers feel that the world is experiencing the very atmosphere described in prophecy.

*A World Increasingly Marked by Conflict*
The prophetic vision described a time when the inhabitants of the earth would be in “utmost confusion,” with war, bloodshed, famine, and pestilence spreading across the land. These words mirror the reality of our modern world.

In recent years, geopolitical tensions have intensified across several regions. The Middle East remains one of the most volatile areas, with ongoing hostility involving United States, Iran, and Israel. Military actions, retaliatory strikes, and rising political tensions have heightened fears of a broader regional conflict.

Nations in the Gulf region, including the United Arab Emirates—where the global city of Dubai is located—are closely connected to these developments due to strategic alliances, military bases, and economic interests. As alliances shift and military powers demonstrate strength, the world watches with concern about the possibility of escalation.

*The Chain Reaction of War*
The prophecy also describes a troubling sequence: war leading to famine, and famine contributing to pestilence and widespread suffering. History repeatedly confirms this pattern.

War disrupts food production and supply chains. It displaces populations, weakens healthcare systems, and creates conditions where disease spreads more easily. Economic sanctions, rising fuel prices, and destroyed infrastructure can quickly turn regional conflicts into global humanitarian crises.

In our interconnected world, the consequences of war are rarely confined to a single nation. Instead, they ripple outward—affecting global markets, migration patterns, and political stability across continents.

*Fear and Uncertainty Among Nations*
Another striking part of the prophecy states that men’s hearts would fail them for fear as they anticipate the events coming upon the earth. Today, this fear is visible in many forms:
• Anxiety about the possibility of a wider global war
• Concerns over nuclear weapons and military escalation
• Economic instability affecting nations and households
• The growing sense that international peace is fragile

Modern technology allows news of conflict to spread instantly across the world. What once occurred in distant lands now enters homes through screens within seconds, amplifying a global atmosphere of uncertainty.

*Understanding the Prophetic Perspective*
Many students of prophecy connect these developments with the closing scenes described in Book of Daniel, particularly chapter 11. While interpretations vary, the central theme remains clear: history will move toward increasing tension among nations before the final spiritual events foretold in Scripture.

However, prophecy is not given to inspire panic or speculation about every war. Rather, it reminds believers that human history is moving toward a divine conclusion and that global unrest is part of a broader prophetic framework.

*A Call to Spiritual Readiness*
The deeper message behind the prophecy is not merely about war—it is about spiritual preparation. In times of global instability, people naturally seek security and hope.

Scripture offers reassurance that despite the turmoil of nations, God remains in control of history. For believers, the appropriate response to a troubled world is not fear but renewed commitment to faith, compassion, and service.

Moments of international crisis can also become opportunities for reflection—reminding humanity of the need for peace, justice, and reconciliation.

*Looking Beyond the Turmoil*
The vision described by Ellen G. White portrays a world in turmoil, yet it also points beyond the chaos. While nations contend and conflicts arise, the ultimate hope of prophecy lies in the promise of restoration and peace.

As the world appears increasingly “stirred with the spirit of war,” the message remains clear: the events of our time should encourage vigilance, wisdom, and spiritual readiness rather than despair.

For many believers, the growing unrest among nations is not only a sign of the fragility of human systems but also a reminder that the longing for lasting peace cannot be fulfilled by political power alone. True peace, they believe, will ultimately come through divine intervention and the fulfillment of God’s promises for the world.

Good day.

*BIBLE PROPHECY UPDATES— 03/03/2026*
Jesus Christ shall come again soon. (*2 Thessalonians 2:3, 4*) But just before He does, Satan shall masquerade as the real Christ, performing miracles and doing the deeds of Christ. (*2 Corinthians 11:14*)

But here is the contrast, Christ’s true appearance for a second time on our planet shall not be a peaceful one. (Read *Revelation 19:11-21*)

*NB*: *A lot of chaos will happen in our world when the true Christ appears.*

Satan’s faking of Christ’s second coming shall come as a peaceful ambassador to unite the wicked world into one whole. And by peace shall deceive the whole world. However, his dark secrets shall be exposed and laid plain to the gaze of all. (*Revelation 18:9-24*) So much that the whole world will blame the Pope, vicegerent of Satan, the fake Christ for spearheading such deceptions through world peace programs, the great reset and the *Laudato Si* by the late Pope Francis from which came the *17 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS*, some of which may have been partially realized.

By the climate Sunday, the Pope shall force all rich and poor, great and small to receive his mark ie. THE MARK OF THE BEAST.

In the last great conflict of the controversy with Satan those who are loyal to God will see every earthly support cut off. Because they refuse to break His law in obedience to earthly powers, they will be forbidden to buy or sell. It will finally be decreed that they shall be put to death. See Revelation 13:11-17.

But to the obedient is given the promise, “He shall dwell on high: his place of defense shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.” Isaiah 33:16. By this promise the children of God will live. When the earth shall be wasted with famine, they shall be fed. “They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.” Psalm 37:19.

To that time of distress the prophet Habakkuk looked forward, and his words express the faith of the church: “Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.” Habakkuk 3:17, 18. Are ghosts really the dead?

This is a sensitive and deeply personal topic for many people. But instead of relying on stories or experiences, I decided to examine what Scripture says.

Using passages like Ecclesiastes 9, John 11, and 1 Samuel 28, this video explores:

• Whether the dead are conscious
• What happened at the Witch of Endor
• What the Bible says about spiritual deception
